Playing Dress Up

Ever since we were little girls, my cousins and I would always play dress up. We would pretend we were Princess and sometimes even Warriors, now that were older playing dress up is still fun!

Dressing - up enhances your creativity with clothes and your abilities in fashion. You mix and match different outfits from your closet to find the best pieces that go with each other, its like a practice with "Fashion Styling". I for one is still a regular in this child's play, and so are my dearest cousins.

We planned to create a hair tutorial for the blog although it was quite far fetched because of the time, we were quite busy during the day so instead we chose to play around with clothes :) but alas do not fret! I'm still working on the hair tutorials there will be braids, braids and more braids :)

We asked my big sister to help us with the styling, she too has an affinity with fashion, but my ate's expertise is Make - up. She's got everything a girl could ever need for her make up go to's

Our theme was Bohemian because its summer season here in Manila. I don't think we got it quite as we wanted it to be since we really didn't plan this whole photo shoot properly, but we had so much fun, mix and matching every thing, we kept laughing right before every click of the camera, plus our neighbors were watching us so we had to suck up all that girly shyness and get it over with!

Dressing up is about having fun and wearing clothes you're comfortable with, its not really about the super high heels and all those things that make you feel awkward. Being comfortable with what you're wearing is what makes your outfit beautiful, and it will make you feel and look beautiful too!

Vest from SM dept. store, Dress from WAGW

Kate has narrow hips so it's wise to wear bottoms that enhance your hips such as tulip skirts or high waist cuts, because it gives an illusion that your hips are bigger

Top from Space, Shorts from Peanut Butter and Jeri

If you have an athletic build like Kyra (she's a swimmer) its best to enhance your beautiful shoulders with tops that show it off a little bit, such as off shoulder tops, or a symmetrical cut like this top she is wearing.

Cover up from Dorothy Perkins,  Maxi dress from Mint

When you have full hips and a small waist like mine, its best to wear clothes and accessories that accentuates your features, I for one love wearing high waist skirts and belts to enhance my small waist :)

Its finally summer! paisley's, maxi's, shorts, pastels, and florals are all the rage! so don't be afraid to mix and match with all these trends :)

Do not be afraid to come out of your comfort zone, go ahead and experiment!
