Tutu's and Bows♥

I've always loved wearing skirts but was never really brave enough to wear a tutu out on public. But I vowed to myself I want to be different now, I want to do everything I was never brave enough to do before. I want to take risks, especially when it comes to fashion. So here I am dawning my first look wearing a Tutu.

I chose to wear my red shoes with my outfit to balance out the black and whites of my look :)
